Mobile Data Management

In IGRT clinics where physicians need to access their patient data where and when needed, MOBILITY = EFFICIENCY. iGROK tools provide web-based access for setup reviews from anywhere with a modern browser, including mobile devices such as smartphones.

RT-PACS (managing at least images, treatment plans, structures and dose) were a growing need prior to IGRT, and in an IGRT clinic it becomes a virtual necessity as advanced treatment imaging geometrically increases the data available. The iGROK system can interact with existing PACS systems, or provide this functionality by storing and organizing all the DICOM data, with tools that provide advanced visualization of radiation therapy data types, and on-demand DICOM export to other DICOM systems in the department.

Automated Analysis and Clinical Management

Based upon a set of configurable criteria, the iGROK System automatically analyzes the available data and notifies the clinician of any significant changes or trends occurring during the course of treatment. The system monitors and trends dosimetric and volumetric changes along with displacements and soft tissue deformation. One click takes the user from any result to the image and viewpoint supporting that result, for instant validation and efficient exploration.

On-line Review

The iGROK System allows for real-time review of the patient registration prior to treatment, facilitating rapid consults and capture of all applicable reimbursement, without constant trips to the treatment console. Using combinations of web-based and mobile tools, the clinician is notified that the patient set-up is ready for review, wherever they may be, and given the tools to explore and evaluate the registration in three dimensions. In a matter of seconds, the electronic approval process is completed and relayed to the therapist while time-stamped documentation is saved into the patient record.
